The second half part of paper, have put forward the general model of network safe monitoring and audit respectively , through realization and the design for a system of example. This text introduced a network supervisory system based on SNMP. Through regular collection various data it can analysis systematic performance, and carries out effective audit for data together with definitive database. For endangering system safe behavior, the system takes notes and reports to the administrator. The issue form with the network information of the most visual convenience will analyze result and statistical data to present to the administrator.
