A leading technology is the persuing objective in today's intense competition among enterprises or companys. The pattern of competition among domestic enterprises have transformed into deomestic and international since China's accession to WTO. Compare to foreign countries, most of the enterprises in our country are disadvantage in technology for history reasons. How to change the situation is the companys' development target. There is only one answer, that is the innovation of technique. Innovation is the only way to access the leading technology. Only with the unceasing innovation,the technology can develop forward. In the numerous innovation methods,the technological innovation theory which former Soviet Union patent G.S Altshuller and his colleague invented has received the widespread attention.Based on the TRIZ theory, the article put emphasis on the research on substance-field model and effects.It proposes the innovation model of exist products based on sunstance-field analysis and innovation model of new products based on effects by summing up many products and patents. In the innovation model of exist products, It summarize the perfect methods according to substance-field model type . In the innovation mode of new products, It proposes the combination of effects to form the products'concept design.On the fundation of the substance-field analysis and effects, developed the Computer Aided Innovation System based on substance-field analysis and effects. The system mainly include three modules to innovation, that is the substance-field analysis module, innovation theory module and effects knowledge database module. The modules of substance-field analysis determines the type according to the interaction between component and choose the type of the substance-field to realize the innovation of the product. The module of innovation theory solve the technique conflict existing in product The system provides the innovation theory of the conflict and related examples by confirming the technique conflict in the system. The module of the effects knowledge database search the functional effects and related examples according to the description of the function.Based on the implementation of the System of Computer Aided Innovation,gives two examples to confirm the validation of the system. The implication of the system greatly stimulates the technical personnel's innovation inspiration and simlifies the innovation activities. It is meaningful to enhance the technical level,and also develop self-owned intellectual property rights products. It is greatly enhanced the enterprises' competition ability.
