With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,technological innovation plays a crucial role in economic development,countries need innovation,enterprises also need innovation,innovation is the soul of an enterprise's survival and development,in order to achieve rapid development and increase the market competition,we must enhance our capability of independent innovation.Innovation not only requires technology,but also requires innovative methods,a strong theory of innovative design can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the innovation about the engineering and technical.TRIZ(Theory of Invention Problem Solving)theory is a kind of innovative design theory of multi-disciplinary knowledge fusion,which has been widely used in many large companies at home and abroad and is an important magic weapon to realize innovative design.Substance-field analysis and standard solution theory are important tool for analyzing and solving problems in TRIZ theory.However,there are deficiencies in practical application,which restricts the development of manufacturing industry to some extent.Many emerging innovative design theories and related technologies play an important role in the optimization and perfection of TRIZ theory.Therefore,this dissertation combines the theories of Scenario Decomposition,Disruptive Innovation and Data Mining with TRIZ theory to achieve the complementarities,establish the multi-method integrated innovation design process model based on material-field and standard solution and develop a computer-aided innovation design system based on material-field and standard solution,the main work and summary are as follows:First of all,by studying the theory of substance-field and standard solutions,it is clear that the difference between the substance-field and standard solutions and other innovative tools is that it is conducive to the solution of the third-level invention problem and can effectively avoid contradictions,but the practical application process has problems such as low efficiency,unreasonable process,high usage threshold,and lack the related CAI(Computer Aided Innovation)software.Secondly,in-depth study of the emerging theory of innovative design and related technologies,it is combined with the substance-field model and the standard solution to realize the research,optimization and case validation of the problem analysis model,substance-field analysis,conflict analysis,standard solution and standard solution knowledge base,based on this,establish the innovative design process model of multi-method integration based on substance-field and standard solution.Thirdly,a CAD system based on material-field and standard solution was designed and implemented.This system on the basis of the innovative design process model of multi-method integration based on substance-field and standard solution,designs the main logic flow and function module of system solving,build the data base and structure of the system in the process of its design and development,using SQL Server 2005 and C# programming techniques to complete the overall system.Finally,taking an innovative design of a transfer device in the process of moving large workpieces as an example,the computer-aided innovative design system based on substance-field and standard solution is used to analyze and solve the problems of angle adjustment and workpiece adjustment,designing the angle and level adjustable large workpiece transfer device,realization of the device of innovative and optimized design effectively,verify the rationality and practicality of the system for the project to solve the problem.
