With the development of internet technology, transmitting stream media over internet has been a hotspot. With the popularization process of media service over internet, traditional flat vision video program can not satisfy consumers'demand of reality. Meanwhile, the key technology of stereoscopic vision has been mature to some extent. Both of these bring the basic research and industrialization of player system which supports stereoscopic vision a historic opportunity. Base on the idea before, this paper puts forward a development framework and concrete realization principle of IPv6 player system which supports stereoscopic terminal.To transmit stereoscopic vision effectively, this paper introduces stereoscopic vision's design and technique architecture. Then raises an implementation plan which bases on the IPv6 network's new characteristics like QoS support and address automatic configuration. During the development, we design some algorithms like video streaming and error control, multithread and timer. This paper presents the details of the implementation of client and server's key parts.At the end, the implementation of the plan of this system achieves the goal of effective stereoscopic vision's transmission. The experimentation over representational topology validates the stability and the correctness of this system, and illuminates the rationality of our design. At the same time, the problem found paves the way of industrialization.
