The Application Of Mobile Unicom Integrate Settle System Working In Mobile Project

Mobile Unicom Integrate Settle System(MUIS) is the important part of TianJin Mobile BOSS,based on which Tianjin mobile can settle with other carriers,brother subsidiary of china mobile, and partners on the uniform platform of it.This project is designed, basing on business development plan and the amortization clearing-off system so as to set up the MUIS of gateway balance of account,internal balance of account, SP balance of account and roaming balance of account. Thus can totally put various business summary and amortize into the MUIS. Current summary system adopts closed operation mode, whose function is not well ranged and interfaces have no uniform standard. All of these result in the inability of the opening and sharing of data and information. and it results in"isolated island"of information and don't fit the requirement of telecommunication operation development, and bottleneck the clearing-off development of telecommunication carrier .Based on the current conditions, the project takes new research and development to undertake update, modification, enlargement and integrity, in order that system fits the development of china mobile. The project meet the not only demands of mobile voice, internet message clear-off,but also high- speed potential development of china mobile, and the requirements of function of"internet clearing- off principle"issued by China's Information Industry Ministry. The system is designed in the model of layers structure, including load balancing model, pre-process model, billing and clearing model, statistic and analysis model, data management model, audit and check model, inquiry model, system management model and external access model. and involves the concept of data-driven desgign. The system is written in C/C++ and PowerBuilder, considering the structure and functions of integrated clearing, transplantability, operability and maintainability integrated billing system contributes to the interconnection between internal and external of china mobile Tianjin, in the field of the amortization of interconnection expense and analysis of current operation business and development conditions, which boosts the quality of decision making to decision-makers and support the development of china mobile.
