| The Unicorn's billing system is one of the most important Operation Support System of China Unicom. It supplies the function of the charges and accounting of fees when customers use the service of Unicorn's. With the rapid prosperity of the Unicorn's market and the rapid progress number of customers, it recorded a higher demand of the China Unicom. However, the competition among telecommunications becomes increasingly fierce which result that the billing systems become more and complex and difficult. Above of, all these factors led to the realization of the complexity and the higher efficiency requirements of the billing system.With the completion of China Unicorn's CDMA 1X network, various of Date pocketing business begin to implement, especially the CDMA 1X wireless packet networks achieves the interconnection among the wireless network, switching network and internet, so business is very rich content. However, the billing pattern in the past is very different from voice billing; it calls for a new requirement of the billing and settlement of the Support system. It need for the transformation and expansion to the original CDMA professional billing, clearing integrated, unified customer information, integrated accounting, business integrated, comprehensive customer service and support functions.This paper analyzes the background and the development of the China Unicom billing system, briefly describes the system's solved problems and a brief description of the whole system. It supplies the software design of the Unicorn's CDMA 1X billing system, including requirements analysis, summary design, and detailed design and coding. The paper introduced a whole design of the software development cycle. It emphasis the design of the date acquisition module, date preparation module and once approved price module. What is more, it analysis the existing problems and the operation of the billing system. It supplies the improved programs to the Unicorn's CDMA 1X billing system. |
