Design And Implementation Of Records Management System For Web Conferencing

The globalization of the economy has created the world distribution of many companies and government agencies, the exchange of information played a crucial role in an increasingly competitive environment. Workers in parts of the world need the most real, most intuitive and most convenient communication with colleagues or customers, not only through telephone, mail and other tools. Thus was born web conferencing, it is a platform for long-distance communication network technology, the use of video, audio, and a variety of multimedia technologies to the participants and to bring the most intuitive feelings and real exchange, shorten the time and cost of the participants to share their work, and also greatly increasing the efficiency.Cisco web conferencing system is a web conferencing system like that, with the advances in technology and the increasing maturity of the product, the Cisco network conferencing systems need to constantly upgrade and renovation. In this context, this paper combined with Cisco’s existing network conferencing systems, designed and implemented a network meeting records management system for meeting records management issues. In this version of the network meeting records management system, including major record download module and record repair module, to provide users with meeting records to download and get back the lost meeting records.This article analyzes the the Cisco overall memory and server architecture, requirements analysis meeting records management system from three aspects of functionality, security, performance, and further refine the details of the function of each module to achieve. In the system design phase, in order to improve code reuse rate, assurance system scalability and the compatibility between the different versions, we design some interfaces for design mode, finally draw a logic flow diagram of each function realization. Especially recorded repair module, design the queue flow model, to bring the convenience for later reuse, bug fixes and extensions. In the implementation phase, adhere to the principles of object-oriented development, definition encapsulates a large number of objects and complete interface design.Million lines of programming code of the system, has been in the world on line, the basic operation is good and good customer feedback. Finally, for meeting records management system were analyzed and summarized, and pointed out the existing problems need to be improved and the outlook for the future work.
