In many applications,wireless data transmission possesses a huge advantage relative to the traditional wired mode.At the same time,DSP Data Acquisition System has great advantages of high speed,low Power consumption and simple structure and so on.Therefore,the research and development of DSP Vibration Data Acquisition System with high-speed wireless Interface becomes important.Vibration Detection is a very important work for the High-Speed Trains which have already been put into operation.The Vibration Testing System including the sensors and DSP Vibration Data Acquisition Box are under the train.But the testers with receiving terminal on notebook have to stay in the train,Wiring detection will affect the air tightness of the train and affect the passengers.So the High-Speed wireless transmission is needed.Papers face to EMUs vibration test needs,according to the train dynamics testing standards and the requirements of the vibration test,determine the functional and technical index of the Vibration Measurement,together with the integrated Design of the system.Design and produce the High-Speed wireless transmission data acquisition system circuit with the core of TMS320F2812. According to the application requirements,complete the designing,compiling and debugging of the software.CRH application-oriented data acquisition and wireless transmission system has finished the hardware and software design,production and commissioning work.The Experimental results indicate that:1.The Data Acquisition System with 100 meters Bluetooth module,can reach 100 meters line-of-sight transmission,If we use PDA data terminal transmission distance can reach 10 meters2.High-speed RS232 interfaces can achieve 460800bps data rates,braked the traditional 232 speed limit.The system has a stable transfer rate of 34 kbps3.System with 8 analog input channels can complete 16-bit high-precision AD conversion;sampling frequency is 1kHz; 4.System achieves the low power consumption,voltage/current:5V/500mA.It's possible to use battery and improve the system portability.The system can complete the EMUs vibration test,and because of its channels, sampling frequency and wireless transmission rate indicators can achieve many vibration parameters testing requirements,it can be extended to more data acquisition applications.
