The Design And Implementation Of The Office Automation System Of The Exchange Centre Of Human Resource Of Ocean University Of China

With the ongoing development of net and computer technology,the office automation system has been developing very rapidly.And it has been widely used in the daily work of the government,enterprise and the education departments.Therefore,it can bring the significance to us that can rapidly improve the work efficiency of society work if we can design a successful automation system.According to the development requirement of the item and doing research on a lot of documents,This paper has analyzed and designed the office automation system,it also usese the ASP technology to finish the achievement of this system.The main significance of this paper is mainly about setting up modern office automation system.It can be used to finish the collecting, arranging,passing and analyzing the information and then we can share and make use of the information.We can use the information widely, controllably,efficiently and in a low cost.We also can achieve some information that we need to assist our decision in time and initiatively. Then we can realize the modernization of management and make scientific decisions.The target of this paper is to make out a design plan based on Web office automation system according to the reality and requirement of the office affair.We can use Internet and ASP technology and use B/S model to set up an office automation system based on Web.We can use this system to realize our purpose of improving the conditions and surroundings of office affair,lessening the burden,improving the quality and the efficiency of office work,speed the process of management normatively,scientifically and realize the network.The main task of this paper is to do some research on the relative technologies of office automation such as the applied model of system, development technology of the system,work technology and security technology.After that,this paper have designed the general structure of the system and analyze the reality to have a divide the functions of the system.This system includes 5 function model groups and 12 function models.During the practical use,this system can meet you need of dealing with daily work more efficiently.You can finish you work more efficiently.It has the significance in theory and practice.
