With the fast development of battery trade,better technology of battery detection is demanded.Therefore,it is badly needed that a detecting device could not only measure the common parameters such as capacity and internal resistance,but also the new parameters reflecting in the interior principles of battery.The purpose of task is to invent a multi-functional electrochemical workstation in order to satisfy the increasing demands above.Multi-functional electrochemical is an integrated,digital,electrochemical systematic , analytic device . It combined potentiostat , constant current instrument and AC impedance measurement analyser,which can carry out the usual functions such as potentiodynamic scan,dynamic current scan,AC impedance measurement.Also,this new type electrochemical workstation can carry on compositive experiments based on those three functions above,such as constant current scan combining with AC impedance measurement,life-span-circle combining with AC impedance measurement.Consequently,it is capable of meeting the demand of track and analysis of parameters in various conditions.In order to enhance ability of the real-time response performance and signal processing in the workstation,the ARM7 technology was adopted in hardware design.This evidently improved the integration and reliability in the system.In software design , the RTOSμC/OS-II was taken as software developing platform,which can supply a better human-computer interaction and stronger application program interface.As a result,the real-time response and operating efficiency of software were enhanced.This platform combining RTOSμC/OS-II with ARM7 can meet the need of electrochemical workstation testing. It is proved by the practical application that this system has the characteristics of high reliability,high accuracy,fast detection speed,easy operation.Also,the system is possessed of the favorable output characteristic and the nicer response characteristic.It suits to various working fields of battery detection and scientific research institutions.
