The development of battery industry advances higher request for the battery detection technology . A measure device which is of high-efficiency , intellectualization is urgently needed.The main purpose of this subject is to design a comprehensive electrochemical power workstation that can meet the needs of desired function and accuracy.The comprehensive electrochemical workstation possesses highly status in the battery detection. It combines with the potentiostat, constant current instrument and electrochemical alternating-current impedance analyzer,with which not only the conventional test for three kinds of basic function can be done,but also complex programmable test based on these three kinds of basic function can be processed.In the test, not only battery potential,electric current,battery capacity and such basic parameters can be detected,but also alternating-current impedance parameters that reflect the cell reaction mechanism can be detected.Therefore,track and analysis for multi-state battery parameter can be carried out.The comprehensive electrochemical power workstation is mainly studied from the perspective of structure design in this paper.Based on work principle for three kinds of functions of potentiostat measure,constant current measure,AC impedance measure and the corresponding performance indicators,the hardware structure system whose control core is DSP processor is proposed.Under this design,a large number of hardware and software tests have been carried out.The article can be summarized as the following three points:(1) The systems analysis of the electrochemical power workstation.The work principle and the performance indicator of three kinds of basic function for the electrochemical power workstation have been labored.Its hardware system structure whose control core is DSP processor is confirmed.Six chunnels'battery detection and control have been achieved,and the data can be input to the PC to store and deal with.(2) The design of system hardware.The hardware design is focused on the design of DSP circuit board,interface circuit board and measure control circuit board.DSP circuit takes charge of sending out control signal and dealing with measure signal;Measure control circuit is joining to measured object so thatthe measure and control can be carried out;Interface circuit is a bridge of DSP circuit board and measure control circuit board.Each function circuit board is designed by step from circuit framework,chip model to layout.(3) The design of system software.The general software architecture is set according to the structure of hardware and working characteristic of the system.The algorithm for the over-sampling wave filtering and of the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) measures calculating of the alternating-current impedance are focused as the main purposes.
