With the development and progress of economic, temperature testing becomes more and more important. Because of high accuracy, stability and good reliability of pt-resistence, they are widely used in many measurement and control application, including environmental protection, weather, biochemical, food, automotive, industrial measurement instrument. There is a very high demand for temperature sensor in every field. Manufactures testing becomes one of the most important crucial element to improve the product quality and increace the output. In our country, because of manual testing and unadvanced test method, low-level efficiency becomes the main factor to restrict batch production and cut the cost of temperature sensors.Resistence values of Pt-resistence temperature sensor between 0℃and 100℃can be deceted by the syetem; it can also implement batch measure for 100 channels resistence values of pt100 and pt1000. The paper designs a testing system with working bmironment simulation of the temperature sensor, signal adjusting, data acquisition and data analysis and management function by Visual Basic 6.0 and Access. It has very important practical significance. The users operate in a highly intuitive interaction virtual instrument; they can measure the performance parameters of pt-resistence temperature sensor easily, and accomplish the separation of data acquisition and data processing. They can also develop homologous soft system as required.The system can provide whole testing informations of temperature-sensors and resolve practical problems. It also provides a method and system framework for drawing a similar testing system. It can save a lot of time, short the cycle of homologous soft system development and impore the efficiency. So the design of this system has assumed both theoretical significance and practical value.
