| Temperature is a physics quantity that is often encountered in our daily life. The temperature measurement is accomplished by the temperature sensor. In our country, there is a very high demand for temperature sensor in every field. But the low efficiency of the measurement has always been a main factor which affects the quality of the products. So, how to solve the problem of automatic batch detection is the chief factor that affects the improvement of productivity. It is essential to research and develop a practical, efficient and intelligent testing system. The Pt-resistance temperature sensor is regarded as the research object in this thesis. The Pt-resistance temperature sensor testing system has the functions of multi-channel selecting, pointing testing, data transmission and etc. In the system the main control element is MSP430. The following tasks are carried out in this research:1.It realizes the batch testing of sensor parameters, and resolves the problems of rapid measurement and gives a set of 128 channels testing system.2.It realizes the virtualization of the testing instrument. Users can easily finish the multi-parameter testing of the Pt-resistance temperature sensor by virtual panel which has highly interaction.3.It realizes the separation of data sample and analysis.On the basis of the sharing collection control software, it can develop corresponding data analysis software according to actual needs of users.The system offered a testing system with working environment simulation of the temperature sensors, signal adjusting, data acquisition and data analysis and management. The system can give whole testing information of Temperature-sensors and resolve practical problems. It also provides a method and a system framework for drawing a similar testing system. |
