Batch process is an important production method in industrial manufacturing,which has the characteristics of low production cost and strong flexibility.Now it has been widely used in medicine,biological products,semiconductor devices and other fields.In order to guarantee the production safety and the product quality of the batch processes,on-line monitoring and optimization control should be carried out.With the advent of the era of big data,the methods of on-line monitoring and optimization control based on data driven for the batch process have been widely applied.But the reliability and accuracy of these methods is influenced by the quality of measuring data.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the data reconciliation system for batch process,so that it can realize the anomaly detection and correction for measurement data.The technology of virtual instrument provides an open platform for software and hardware integration,which is conducive to the realization of flexible configuration of hardware and integration of data correction algorithm of the data correction system for batch process.Therefore,it is great significance to study the data correction system integration for batch process based on virtual instrument technology.Based on the detailed analysis of the data correction system requirements for batch process,this paper presents the system framework of the data correction system for batch process based on the virtual instrument technology by adopting the modular integration method,and based on PXI bus and the three-layer architecture respectively,the system integration schemes of hardware and software are designed to meet the demand of the data correction system for batch process.Then,The methods of the integration of data correction algorithm for batch process and data transmission have presented based on component technology.The mixed programming technology based on COM component and the data transmission technology based on DataSocket have applied to the development of system software,and the system has been integrated according to the system integration scheme and the software development technology.Finally,the function of the integrated data correction system for batch process is tested experimentally.Experimental results show that the integrated data correction system for batch process can effectively realize the functions of measurement data acquisition,abnormal detection and correction of measurement data,and data transmission.And the system has good practicability,portability and scalability.
