Embedded wireless industrial monitor system is an integrated system which combines the stability of Embedded system, the real-time character of monitor system and the facility of wireless communication. It also integrates multiple wireless transmit modes and provide integrated data and image monitor with the advantage of good stability, small volume, low power and easily operation. Associate with the development of embedded wireless industrial monitor system, In this thesis the implementation and design of lower computer software is mainly introduced.Considering many problem existed in current industrial monitor system such as the difficulty of deployment and cross-platform, weak anti-interference, highly cost of management, maintenance and update, low performance, high load during extending capability. An embedded wireless industrial monitor system based on ARM-Linux is designed. The system is composed of three parts: Embedded hardware, Upper management system software and front embedded software, it is reliable to control, easy for maintenance and highly integrated.The design idea of front computer software of embedded industrial monitor system and the system structure of software according to the practical case of this monitor system is introduced in this thesis. In the premise of ensuring the quality of software design and satisfying the requirements of the system functions and performance, some functional module such as WNC in industrial monitor front computer software which satisfies the mutual communication between remote users and local device are designed. The front computer software system implements the long-distance real-time transport of data on scene, signal and monitor information, the independent load and debug of function module, data storage of localization, simulating and signal data collection and controlling, image collection and disposal, camera controlling, CDMA wireless transport etc.The main function of console and camera lens is implemented in this thesis. The structure and principle of control system, system analysis and design, the communication protocol of decoder are discussed, the implement and advantage of program, key issues meet in design and the resolve method in detail is described. In the end, the summary of the work is presented.
