With increasing development in the contemporary context of embedded system, in this thesis, the simulation of liquid level device is achieved by means of the powerful function of embedded system. The simulation system uses a 32-bit ARM9 2410S Samsung processor, complemented with A/D, D/A, and LCD modules, to achieve the dynamics property of the physical object. This thesis reviewed the current development of embedded system, and in the context of its powerful features, proposed the application of embedded system in the automatic control of dynamic system for the first time. By full use of its technical characteristics, the software system was exploited. Technology is included in the data acquisition and the application of display by QT. The development process of embedded systems was provided through the subject. The classic third-order Runge-Kutta algorithm was applied to the physical model. The dynamic properties together with mathematical model of liquid level device were discretized. The corresponding program was implemented.Through the design of the target software, the corresponding kernel compilation was completed, aiming to the transplantation of the target software in 2410S development platform. The application of A/D and D/A modules in system development was achieved, and a good grasp of the corresponding module driver was acquired.Due to the features of QT, as long as the compiling environment is suitable for the development platform, the program can be compiled and applied in different development platforms. This program has the entrance of models, replacing the corresponding mathematical model for different physical systems. In this way the system could display the physical characteristics of the model, and a good understanding of the automatic control system could be obtained.
