With the violent advancement of modern information technology, there are strikingly incessant changes in human society. Economic globalization and modernization has become a strong force across the regions, countries and nations, and swept the world rapidly, changing the world cultural landscape. The traditional language culture is suffering from the violent impact of the emerging scientific technology and the new cultural trend, and it is gradually tending to be unified and homogeneous. Similarly, the traditional language and culture are constantly disappearing or changing their symbol information, facing the fate of being swallowed up, covered or digested in many parts of our country-- endangered languages spread worldwide. This paper through expounding the graduation works—broadcasting feature program, Saying Huaichuan Dialect, intends to interpret the unique linguistic and cultural phenomenon of Huaichuan in history, and analyze the desolate and difficult situation of local language culture and its development, appeal to people to attach and protect the local language.
