After the outbreak of H7N9 avian flu in 2013 being under control,there is another seasonal peak for H7N9 infection from January to February in 2017.In this paper,relevant Sina Weibo texts concerning H7N9 avian flu will be regarded as the research object,and the features of Weibo public opinion field about H7N9 avian flu will be analyzed under frame theory perspective,so as to provide practical observation dimension and implementation path for further studying the Weibo public opinion field of similar public health emergencies.Begin with the public opinion object,the ontology and the subject in the construction process of Weibo public opinion field,this paper will first analyze the word frequency and the co-word network of the selected Weibo texts by content mining technology,so as to represent the features of the contents of the Weibo about H7N9 avian flu in the beginning of 2017.Then,important characteristics of the Weibo public opinion ontology which includes the attitude trend of the Weibo content will be examined through attitude analysis dictionary.On this basis,the paper compares the differences in Weibo contents of 2017 avian flu and 2013 avian flu.Finally,this paper will conduct text sampling,coding,category construction of the selected Weibo,and analyze how different Weibo subjects in public opinion field focus on and discuss H7N9 avian flu,so as to find out the features of the Weibo public opinion field in public health emergencies.According to research,the public opinion objects in 2017 H7N9 avian flu Weibo content----information about H7N9 avian flu occupies the mainstream position.Compared with 2013,there is a considerable part of the stock market information in the Weibo concerning avian flu in 2017.And the attitudes towards the Weibos about avian flu are negative and the overall trend is presented as "V" shape.In Weibo with negative content,the degree of negative tendency is gradually reduced.Through frame analysis of the sampled Weibo,this paper puts forward the features of the H7N9 Weibo public opinion field from four aspects:topic,public,opinion leader and mainstream media.
