Research And Development Of Embedded Post Press Comtroller Based On JMF

The nature of the Digitized workflow is achieved completed control to the produce process and management process by the technology of digitalization, combine with the produce process and management process as a whole. In a produce system there should be a serial of alternated process between equipment and MIS. They need a better communication method to make the production capability higher than before. JDF1.3 defined the JMF used to communication. JMF (Job Messaging Format) is a standard of communicated format that is based on the XML, it is the key technology to realized the digitized workflow. In the produce process used JMF to realize the control between MIS and equipment.The aim of this project is use the embedded exploit technology to construction a plant controller. The plant controller could communicate and control MIS and equipment. It could manage stitch and cut equipments, could monitor the state of different equipments, could efficiently manage work list of different equipment. This project needs complete file network translation, realize the management function.The main work is as flowing: Firstly, realize the file translate by TCP and the human interface of the controller. Secondly, realize the detach work list and dispatch it to the corresponding equipment. Realize the function of manage the state of the different equipment. The plant controller create queue file for corresponding equipment, then update it based on the needing of the new work, realize the work track and management efficiently and timely. Thirdly, the plant controller could modify,vindicate and submission the work list. Judge whether the work is complete or not based on corresponding equipment work state, if the work is over the plant controller update the work list then submit it to the MIS. Finally, the plant controller could monitor the work state of the different equipment, could submit itself state to the MIS.
