With the development of computer and network technology, Electronic Commerce gradually raises more detailed requirements to the procurement management, inventory management and order fulfillment requirements. Yet the existing CRM software or inventory management software has been unable to meet the demand of the sellers. The design and implementation of our Seller Cube ERP system is to provide a complete customer service management platform for all electronic commerce customers on different sales platforms, automate and simplify the daily work of the electronic commerce customer, increase the efficiency, allow the vendors to put more resources to expand business, expand the sales market and expand the products with the time saved.This system is suitable for medium and large sellers. It includes three main subsystems, the sales logistics system, supply chain system and customer service system. The sales logistics system consists of basic information, system management, system settings, and orders matching, it can help electricity suppliers to unify product management with less cost. By setting the order matching, the system choose reasonable delivery mode and delivery center for orders. Supply chain system includes new product management, supplier management and procurement management, it can provide a more efficient solution for the company to continue to develop new products, manage the inventory accurately and issue inventory alarm timely, it can also support the informationizing of the entire procurement process by combining with the demand of inventory intelligent recommendation. Customer service system includes order management and e-mail management. The customer service team can then edit the orders which need for manual processing, and mail contacts with customers, improve customer service quality and user experience. The system realizes the cross platform features, it supports e Bay /Pay Pal API access, Amazon, Ali Express and Taobao/Alipay API downloading and processing orders and data synchronization.This paper carries on the demand analysis to the system, puts forward the overall design and database design, including the hardware architecture and software architecture. The system bases on.NET platform and SQL Server database, using B/S architecture, with good maintenace and scalability, ensuring the efficiency of evelopment as well. In order to meet the needs of a large number of concurrent users access, the front-end using multiple Web servers for load balancing. The database uses the master-slave structure, and real-time data synchronization is implemented between the master database and the slave database. The master database is responsible for the daily business operation and the slave database is responsible for reporting jobs, so this can ensure the efficiency of business processing system. Based on this architecture we put forward the detailed design of the system, and give the flow charts of the main module. This system is developed based on MVC, ORM, JQuery framework. This paper lists the screenshots and part of the codes. The final part is the system testing and summary, including unit testing, integration testing and system testing, and a summary of the research work of this paper, and the vision of the further researching on this system.
