Application And Research Of Enterprise Grid Service Locating Technology

The Grid has gained much attention as the third time IT tide followed by the Internet and Web. With the development and application of grid, it gradually enters into the enterprise. In the service-oriented enterprise grid, distributing the large number of dynamic services, but the locations of these grid service instances are unknown to the client, for these service instances will failover to other grid nodes dynamically. So how to locating those dynamic transferring grid service instances accurately and transparently has becoming an urgent problem.In order to satisfy the need of locating grid services, this thesis designed a service locating algorithm according to the relevant DNS protocols as well as the update or query principles. And a GSL (Grid Service Locator) was also constructed. By using this GSL can realize locating service by name, and provide client a new way to locate grid service.Concerning the secure in the locating procedure, the thesis presents some secure measurement ,such as setting the TSIG, optimizing the TLL value of the resource record and so on. All these are for the security of Corporation DNS and GSL DNS; according to the XML encryption and Signature technology, provides a flexible encryption and signature ways for the sensitive information in the grid service reference documents.The GSL provides a flexible and common locating way. The client don't need to make any change can use the GSL to locate service. Besides, it has been proved to be highly effective andconsiderably valuable in practice.
