Microwave,Millimeter-wave (MMW) is widely used in military and communication systems for its outstanding advantages. Millimeter-wave amplifier and detector plays a key role in millimeter-wave systems. It is most important to develop Microwave Solid Device of small volume, light weight, and high reliability.The microwave amplifier and detector designed is base on Microwave theory.Use Monolithic Integrated Circuit (MMIC) and Detector to enlarge and detecte, Microwave band pass filter is used to control Spurious. The characteristic of the Microwave amplifier and detector designed and manufactured is—frequency range: 34.0GHz~36.0GHz, gain: G=55~60dB, Spurious:≥20dBc(<33.1GHz & >37.5GHz), noise figure: N<5dB, Isolation: >30dB, Frequency Response :±0.75dB.This thesis mainly expresses designing of waveguide-to-microstrip probe transition, microwave band pass filter , millimeter-wave LNA connecting and the fitting .Above all, this paper presents the design of waveguide-to-microstrip probe transition in 34.0GHz~36.0GHz. The transition have low insertion in this band.Secondly, designing methods for a microwave band pass filter are analyzed. With the method, a 34.0GHz~36.0GHz microwave band pass filter is designed for this project.The insertion is below 5dB. Use the MMIC to amplify the input power. The output signal connect the detector.Finally, discuss the assemblage technique in this system and test the Microwave Amplifiter-Switch Module. .
