It can achieve three-tele functions included telemetering, telecommunicate and telecontrol. This kind of system is of great importance to achieve modern maintenance of communication power and scientific management.This paper researched the supervision object, supervision details and functional requirements in concentrate supervision system of power and environment.And analyzed some problems, such as the basic components of the supervision system and the selection of supervision mode, and so on. On the base of fully taking into account the arrangement function partition, the allocation principle of hierarchical structure, as well as network technology, the paper put forward a complete design project for supervision system. This paper analysis and design the internal communication protocol of supervision system, and concretely expatiate the implementation mechanism of communication protocol in concentrate supervision system, at last, analysis the application of protocol according to instances.In the end, the paper described the prospects of the further research about supervision system.
