This system is designed and developed for railway water supply station with the development of information technology, which will conduct real time supervision, measurement, administration and monitoring of different parameters in the process of water station operation.The whole system adopts the two-class management pattern, which consists of four parts: Work field is equipped with sensors and transmitters of different sizes of electric currents, voltage, liquid succus, pressure and rate of flow and so on. These parameters will be transmitted into standard signal, and secondary instrument, which is composed of single chip, conducts the real-time display at work site after collecting and treating these parameter and provide operational basis for the staffs at work site the operation. Secondary instrument is equipped with RS-485's serial communication connection mouth, and send data information with different parameters at any time to the machine at upper position and still receive different instructions from the machine at upper position.The second part is the part of machine at upper position, which is installed inside the water station overall controlling room, which conducts judging, storing, collecting the data from the secondary instrument and printing the report and gives starting and stopping order to each pump station at this water station and gives alarming signal according to the value set in advance and send information for the engine at different sector through dialing online.The third section is segment grade computer set at water and electricity sector, which receives data information from water station and conduct the real time monitoring and management to each water station, and also send management information to the subordinated water station.The forth part is the subsystem of picture supervision and measurement, which is designed for water security protection ability and level. It adopts the hardware compression technology, and collects real-time multi-path video signal, andcompresses them into MPEG-1 papers and after software decompressing and treating, it can realize divided pictures into 1, 4, 9 and 16 tableaus and can conduct multi-path monitoring, which can use hard disk to video work and can set alarming function, mobile detecting function and alarming searching function.This system will play an important role in saving water and improving water station management quality and make railway water supply management improve further.
