Design And Realization Of Factory Data Collection System Base On OPC Technology

With the progress of computer technique, network technique and communication technique, traditional design method for computer based supervisory and control system has not been suitable for the requirements of the development, the upgrade and transplant of the system is inconvenient, and the real-time and security become more and more difficult as well. The situation is changed drastically with the application of OPC technology. The theory of unification and standard makes the system more exoteric, commutative, interacting and be convenient for the data exchange and system integration. OPC provides a kind of normal data exchange mechanism for many different applications in automatic system. The software-hardware manufacturers and users may benefit from it.OPC (OLE for Process Control) is an advanced data access technique used in process control. It provide a suit of common interface, property and function, it is also the key technology of the realization of equipment control, process management, information exchange and open system for control.This dissertation is base on the study of OPC technical specification, and analyse of OPC automatic interface of data access (2.0 Edition). It brings forward a data collection system that integrated with the wireless transfers function, accessing to the supervisory and control software by OPC client. This system accounts for the data collection of the RWMCC system from the dispersive factories remotely, and reduces the data of wareless transmission. It is a system combined with the data collection, data analyze and wireless transfers with the technology of OPC, multithreading and socket programming.The whole RWMCC system and the development of OPC technology will be introduced simply at first. Then expatiate the specification and object interface of OPC. Put forward the frame of the data collection system, the detailed design of the OPC client, the data analysis model and the data transmission model. The chains cycle detection mechanism is dead against the instability of wireless transmission. At last, summarize the finished work and bring forward some improvement ideas of this system.
