Mine flameproof feed switch is a critical kind of equipments in the field of coal mine power supply and distribution system , and As a power distribution system , it is mainly used in the dangerous environment of coal mine which is full of hazard gas and coal dust and easy to explode to control and protect the low voltage power supply network. Its performance quality directly affects the security and efficiency of production of coal mine , and what's more , there are so many defects such as low integration rate, bad reliability, low intelligent monitoring level etc in present national feed switch equipments.Through applying the Embedded network control system to the feed switch, firstly this dissertation realizes the construction of system Network topology and design of hardware circuits of intelligent feed switch monitoring system according to the research of working principle of coal mine power supply, vacuum feed switch and Embedded network control system based on EasyARM2200 which takes Philips LPC2210 as its processor and ARM7 as its kernel .Secondly, after finishing the compilation of communication software and algorithm of protection and control on both sides of supervisor host and Embedded system based on the research and analysis of transplantation of RTOS , realization and transplantation of Embedded TCP/IP protocol suites and SOCKET programming in the modal of C/S etc, it realizes the remote fast transmission between supervisor host on the ground and coal mine Embedded system feed switch and resolves the problem of monitoring remote feed switch recirculation loop and electrical switch of coal mine by the supervisor host, and finally designs a intelligent feed switch network control system which owns the functions of real-time protection and control and remote supervisory.The experimental results indicate that the process of communication between Embedded system and monitor is rapid and efficient under the drive of communication software of both sides and the visual effectiveness is also very good, and the communication quality completely satisfies the demand of fast speed of remote supervisor system.Research achievements of this topic provides an open ,entire distributed, mutually manipulating communication control platform for the field of industrial control and it also puts forward a new resolution for improving the level of remote intelligent supervisory and quality of secure operating for coal mine devices, and what's more ,it establishes the theoretical and practical foundation for the ground monitor system to realize larger scale and higher level of integreted control and disperse management of coal mine electric equipments.
