The sugar factory's clarification is one of the important parts of the sugar production process. pH is the key control parameter of the sugar factory's clarification. The process of the pH control is non-linear and large lag. At present, 8-bit MCU is still widely used, generally the control effect is far from satisfaction and it does not meet the requirements of Integration of Management and Control. The dissertation shows the research of embedded control system which is based on a 32-bit embedded micro-controller S3C44B0X.On the basis of the analysis on the pH control principle, an embedded control system is designed, which is based on S3C44B0X according to the function demand of the sugar factory's clarification's pH control. At first, in order to solve the problem on extension of the microprocessor's I/O and the voltage mismatch between microprocessor's I/O and the external A / D and D / A modules, EPM7128STC100 is used to expand Multi-I/O, AD7874 and DAC8420 are used to expand external A / D and D / A of S3C44B0X. Then the driving circuit of the device which can clear the glass electrode is accomplished. Secondly, I/O interface functions of EPM7128STC100 are edited, then the drivers of A / D module, D / A module and glass electrode cleaning device are finished. Finally, expert PID algorithm is implemented in this embedded controller. Moreover, the semi-loop simulation control experiment is finished based on a neural network model of sugar factory's clarification under the Matlab environment. And the comparative experiments about general PID algorithm is accomplished too.The results show that expert PID algorithm is superior to general PID algorithm, basically satisfies the control requirements and lays a good foundation for future industrial application.
