At present,the technology of embedded and global mobile communication develop rapidly in the domain of computer and telecom. The purpose of this paper is to design a universal mobile controlling platform based on embedded system after combining the two technologies above. It's strongpoint lies in the system's ability to control the object of sorts and to transmit the data of sorts in virtue of the present-day network of mobile communication, ever limited by the distance on the whole, never need to dispose of the connection, also, this system in possession of excellent capability is easy to load all kinds of equipment and to be maintained.The paper introduces briefly the principle of WAVECOME Q2403A working, dissertates the format and cording mode of SMS in the mode of text. It introduces the process and method of the hardware design of ARM prosessor, including the smallest system of S3C44B0X, and the periphery circuit, for example, the Uart, the JTAG, the USB, the LED,the network controller and the LCD, etc. It introduces the design the realization of the S3C44B0X bottom driver, and it introduces mostly how to design the UART driver and RTL8019 driver. Finally, it introduces the process of system debugging, some problems coming up against, and the resolving method of them.The point of this paper is to combine the ready-made network of mobile communication and the technology of embedded reasonably and to set up mobile platform for control in low price. The result of this research has great meaning and is very useful to the practical appliance based on S3C44B0X.
