The paper mainly introduces the testing principle of little quality based on QCM (Quartz Crystal Microbalance), and the designing of a liver cancer diagnose system in early days with dependability, practicability and portability.The testing principle is gived at first: Tumour mark TK1 in the human blood —its content and change is scientific basis for early discovery of the liver cancer. There are various means in little quality testing, according to the domestic technological condition, we chosed the QCM sensor technology. Then the paper simply introduces the theory of the QCM detection technique, the function of A F-ΔM to crystal, the structure of crystal sensor in liquids.After proving that the precision of frequency measurement can meet the system demands, the article recommends an embedded uClinux system based on Samsung ARM7 chip S3C44B0X to measure TK1 content. The whole system is divided into two parts of hardware and software, The hardware design includes systematic power, the S3C44B0X introduction, memory management, peripheral interface circuit such as SDRAM and FLASH, CPLD, USB, touched LCD. The software's compiling is the general course in embedded system design; it introduces the basic principle of the operating system, the kernel framework of uClinux operation system, the writing and transplantation of bootloader and kernel. At the same time it explains the design difference of the 32-bit embedded system and 8-bit single chip sysytem, and some fundamental knowledge is mentioned in the paper, such as process management, task scheduling, file system etc.The general design course of 32-bit liver cancer detection systems has been offered in the paper, it also gives a kind of beneficial reference for measuring other tumours.
