As the fast development of electronic technology, new instruments and new circuits appear unceasingly. The exchanging speed of common laboratory can not keep up with the pace of technology. In addition common laboratory has the problem of instrumenting test , management and easy damage.It also limits the students not only in the experimenting time but also on the experimenting projects of easy damage. Similarly, students of long distance teaching all will come to school. Equally, the long-range-education students generally all will come to the appointed schoolon the appointed time concentrationly to complish experimental projects. The qualityof technical ability developed can't be promised. The Educating organization has to consider how to keep up with the times and the advanced nature,and construct an open experiment environment with enrich experiment contents, firm trainingoperation and being free from timespace restriction.In recent years, because of the virtual instrument, imitate true technique and network technology developing soon, it will be the first project economical and efficient to choose to set up an virtual laboratory based on WEB. The main work of this paper is to study the design of network teaching experiment system based on virtual instrument under the LabVIEW environment.First, the paper concludes the virtual instrument , contrasts with traditional instrument, introduces the application of the developing platform of LabVIEW in virtual instrument, and the software design methods of four kinds of common virtual instrument under the LabVIEW environment,such as virtual signal generator, virtual oscilloscope, virtual digital filter and virtual spectrum analyst.Following that, this paper analyzes the compositions of the virtual instrument hardware system, and introduces the principles, functions and parameters of the keyparts DAQ board and the method how to set up the corresponding parameters; On this foundation, author designs the corresponding controlling programm with LabVIEW to realize the simulated input and output of test data.In the end, this article emphatically introduces how to assemble the four kinds of designned virtual instruments to construct a virtual laboratory, then how to make use of the homepage design technology to establish a web-based virtual lab homepage, fully ultilize the network technology to construct a web-based virtual experimental system, and last uses the network communication technology of virtual instrument to achieve the long-distance experimental goal of the web-based virtual experimental system.
