At present, the technology of virtual instrument has been developed very quickly in the field of electronic measurement and automatic control .The virtual instrument is a kind of functional instrument combining of software and hardware .With the help of computer and the support of basic hardware, it can collect, control, analyze, process the data and demonstrate the results by applying the relevant software module, thus performing the various functions of the traditional instrument.The article is about the studies of the systemic structure of virtual instrumentation, realizing means and developing methods. On the base by using developmental terrace of LabVIEW, and the virtual function generator are developed, and the virtual oscilloscope is used measuring and analyzing practice signals, and measuring and analyzing output signal made by he generator, its results are more satisfied. I have mastered LabVIEW programming language, developing technologies and standard, and I have known the systemic structure of virtual instrumentation, realizing means and developing methods.Since the technology of virtual instrument is not popular in china, the paper just making a trial to find a way to develop a high level intelligent instrument, which is suitable for our country. We will make it low cost complete functions, high precision and reasonable price, therefore the technology very bright future in teaching .experiments and engineering.
