In the process of the integrate circuit, each working procedure needs using different kinds of tools. The professional term for the tools is ZHIGONGJU. The varieties of the ZHIGONGJU reach up to thousands. The volume and size are different; the operating personnel have difficulty and spend much time in depositing and fetching them. Besides, it is easy for them to take and place the ZHIGONGJU by mistake because ZHIGONGJU are small and similar. Also it is difficult for discarding as useless and the statistics of stocking goods. In order to solve this difficult problem, the crew of this topic has developed the management system. For the present, this system can control 6 sheds, including 2 big sheds and 4 small sheds. Here can be put 1,224 kinds of ZHIGONGJU, 4 sheds reserved and 2,232 kinds may be put here in all. The system is divided into MCU, which is the center of hardware, and PC, which is software. The author is just in charge of hardware system. This article exoatiates on the method of its design, the process of the design, the technical points, the difficulties and the effect and so on.The serial numbers of chip are put in through the bar code and are sorted according to encapsulation and pin which are fit for the IC. When CMOS chips are producing, ZHIGONGJU which are wanted are deposited in some different drawers and managed according to the serial numbers of the sheds, and the lines. And PC will monitor the state of the drawers, in order to manage ZHIGONGJU.The hardware system mainly includes master circuit, alarming light/working light circuit and interface board master circuit and so on. The software inserted in MCU consists of communication driver, indicator light's driver, Flash brushing driver, time-lapse driver and major program and so on. The main characteristics are: 1.This system can monitor and manage 1224 kinds of ZHIGONGJU at full time. 2. This system can test every small light and every hardware module to make sure to communicate with PC. 3. This system is steady-going and credible. This system can help reduce the producing cost effectively, increase the producing efficiency and gain the performance of enterprises.The article elaborates the designing process of the hardware system, describes the bottom driver program in MCU detailedly, focusing on analyzing the keystones and difficulties---the stability of communication. And it briefly describes the interface of PC. According to the request of embedded system software project, the software is developed by means of encapsulation to the hardware to guarantee the stability and the maintainability of this system. It proves that the design of this system is successful.
