In IC procedure of production, the electron component for high-temperature baking need to maintain a certain period of time, and then test after cooling. But in the current market, small oven has no functions of thermostats, rapid cooling and background monitoring management,and artificial observation and paper-preservation is very inconvenient. So it has the important significance to develop a new oven system for the IC production to solve these problems. The system was entrusted to development by an IC production in the Suzhou it corporation comprises two main components. The first is the embedded acquisition and control system, its hardware contains MCU and support circuit, LCD, potentiometers, three-alarm-light, infrared sensors, data acquisition and control module, and its embedded software contains data acquisition and filtering, the drive control of three-alarm-light, LCD displaying and communication with PC etc. The second is PC's software that implements communication with MCU, the block straight-line regression, implementing the operation of the database on the history of state controller's search and records management.This paper shows the hardware design of serial communication, serial port HUB, data acquisition and A/D converting, LCD displaying and relay driving, and the software design of these hardware object-oriented, describes the database structure and software design features of PC's software. It introduces the hardware of serial port HUB, the design and implementation of the block straight-line regression in details.Now, the new oven system has been run steadily and reliably in this company. It can control and manage 4 bakes and 4 cooling boxes, and can be expanded to 100 bakes and 100 cooling boxes. It is proved that the system can save the cost and improve the company's economic efficiency. The application of this system is very promising and valuable.
