With the rapid development and wide application of computer and network technology in recent years, not only the way of our work and learning is changing, but also bring the revolutionary change and new development opportunity for various fields and disciplines. In the field of animation production, hand-drawn method has been replaced by computer-generated. In the promotion of high technology, animation has a more wider range of expression forms, the efficiency and performance of animation creation is more and more higer,and the animation industry is also growing scale.Animation is very entertaining and interesting, but it is slightly less than the educational.While the traditional animation is popular, an emerging concept of animation, that is logical animation was made, and is gradually understood by us. Traditional animation consist of a time-sequential sequence of finite and discrete pictures, but the logical animation is based on Dynamic Geometry and the animation is achieved by the mutual interaction among a number of vector graphics. Not only does the logical animation inherit those advantages of traditional animation, but also has the educational value of a natural.In appreciation or create animation, it can cultivate young people's logical thinking ability, and enhance their understanding of mathematics knowledge and ability.At present, some dynamic geometry software all can make logical animation, but these software are often used in education for teaching and studying mathematics, physics and other courses. Such as the famous Super Sketchpad, Geometer's Sketchpad and Cabri Geometry II. The main function of LAP is creating logical animation. In order to avoid repetitive work of the animation production, design, preservation and the call is a piece of essential task to every element, how to design and manage these elements is just the topic of this paper.Chapter I explains the current situation of relevant research and indicates the significance of the paper's work.Chapter II introduces Dynamic Geometry and related concepts, particularly describes the essentiality role in the system-element, prefigure the element database at the end of this paragraph. ChapterIII introduces the technology and principles related to the implementation of elements and illustrate by the implementation of a specified element.The last paragraph summarizes the significance of this paper and discusses several potential ways that can improve the system.
