According to conception of Digital manufacturing,in this paper the author summarizes meaning and signification of it,expounds study actuality and development of it in our country, describes class of it.It is defined as the process including product designing,arts and crafts assembly,course controlling.The author puts forward that core of Digital manufacturing is CAD/CAPP/CAE integration technology.In order to integrate CAD/CAPP/CAE,NC code auto-programming play an important role.It is a relation between CAD and CAM.In term of the different scale and type enterprise,the author builds model of Digital manufacturing,brings forward reasonable implementing scheme,analyses some important technologies.Using all kinds of resources,the author combines digital and machine manufacturing technology and completes digital designing,producing,detecting,managing of the enterprise.The author advances different digital model and frame in the light of the different enterprise.Those can satisfy the needs of many enterprises in our country and complete digital manufacturing system in the use of NET and databases.NC code auto-programming is pivotal key in digital manufacturing system.The author analyses the rule and need of NC code auto-programming,introduces AutoCAD graphic programming system developed in ObjectARX and VC++.The system can make NC code in the base of AutoCAD drawing.In this paper,the author puts forward that software design of CAD graphic programming system.The author analyses the getting of the drawing outline, gains usable datum,studies cutter contrail,completes relevant arithmetic and finishes software design.The results show that the research on digital manufacturing and completing Of NC code auto-programming are efficiency and correct.
