Abstract/Summary:
Ventilation system is a very important part in the monitoring system of the Shouyi square underground tunnel.It relates to the safety of drivers.Because of the uncertainty of the concentration of CO and the value of VI,system is quite time-variant,non-linear and time-delay.At present,lots of medium-and-small-sized underground tunnels also use manual or semiautomatic operation in the process of ventilation system.Therefore,the automatization is poor on the whole.The thesis is based on Shouyi square underground tunnel.Firstly,it introduces the design of the monitoring system of the tunnel,including the system's three main components(the information collection system,the tunnel control centre and the information supply system),as well as information fusion programme.Then it illuminates the monitoring system's overall function mainly focused on monitoring and management,monitoring and control sections and the real-time operating conditions.Finally,it introduces the five subsystems of the monitoring system, including their hardware structure and system functionality.Fuzzy control technology is applied to ventilation monitoring subsystem.The thesis explains briefly the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of Matlab,which is the software platform of the fuzzy control technology.Then the thesis focuses on the three steps to apply the fuzzy control technology to the ventilation monitoring system:(1)The concentration of CO and the value of VI are set as the input variables of the fuzzy controller,and the number of fan-activated is set as the output variables of the fuzzy controller,and their membership functions are built.(2)The control rules of the fuzzy controller are established based on the past experiences and fuzzy reasoning is done.(3)Through the solution of the fuzzy control,the fuzzy control table is gotten. Finally,the fuzzy control technology is compared with the traditional PID control.Ventilation monitoring system is designed in detail.The monitoring system has two layers:field instrument layer and host operation station.The CO/VI detector and wind detector accomplish data acquisition.The host operation station,which is made up of IPC(Industry Personal Computer),Kingview configure software and database,is used to monitor the information of the whole ventilation system.In the system functional design,fuzzy control technology is applied to the ventilation monitoring system.This monitoring system not only has fine HMI(Human Machine Interface),simple and convenient operation interface,and can reflect the actual situation of the ventilation in a direct and vivid way,but also it is reliable,stable and easy to be extended.It introduces the realization with fuzzy control technology of the ventilation monitoring system visually with Kingview,which includes three main interfaces of the ventilation subsystem:(1)The display of the real-time status of fans.(2)The control of fans.(3)Management plans of the fans.
