| With the development of tunnel monitoring and control systems(TMCS), based on the practice of participating in the project TMCS by myself, combined with the experimental condition of Traffic Scientific Institute in Guangxi Zhuang Municipality, a complete study about the design of tunnel ventilation and illumination monitoring and control systems.Ventilation and illumination systems are the most important components of long road tunnel and the ultimat goal of ventilation system design lie in meeting the ventilation under the fire risk and dilute the contamination under operating mode.The goal of illumination system lie in eliminating the'black hole effect'and'dazzling phenomena'as possible as we can, when the driver go in and out of tunnel.In the TMCS, the difficulty and focus exist in ventilation monitoring and illumination monitor. Firstly, the construct and function of superhighway TMCS sub-system each are discussed in detail, and the ventilation control sub-system and illumination control sub-system are mainly described.On the premise of attaining the monitor purpose, this design abandons utilizing common PLC controller, such as OMRON and SIEMENS, while using OPTO 22, which adapts to realize integral manage-control and has a higher performance-price ratio, giving persons a fresh feeling of finding everything new and fresh.After the characteristics and functions of the OPTO 22 products are described, the characteristics and monitor content of controlled object is analyzed, with control strategy of system studied, complete hardware scheme of the ventilation and illumination control systems based on OPTO 22 provided, analogous control software of bottom layer designed. While ensuing to save energy, fan and illumination lamps can safely and reliably operates, so as to finish the control purposes and accomplish anticipated objects better.Finally, the author has made a conclusion to put forward the improvement and anticipation about future work for the problems and defects during designing. |
