With the development of expressway construction in our country, people pay more andmore attention to safety and energy saving operation of highway tunnels. From the controlpoint of view, as a result of the vehicle flow, contaminants (mainly CO and soot)concentrations of randomness, tunnel ventilation system is a high nonlinear, time-delay andtime-varying parameters, and each has a complex coupling relations, so it is difficult to obtainan accurate mathematical model of object, which makes the traditional control methods thatwant to achieve timely control of pollutant concentration at the same time to open few fansdifficult. So far, most of domestic tunnel still use the threshold value or a simple closed-loopventilation control, the overall low level of automation, and energy consumption is too large.Therefore, study of highway tunnel ventilation intelligent control method in the currentenergy shortage situation is very necessary and meaningful, and this paper has done thefollowing several aspects:Firstly, the control requirements of the system are analyzed comprehensively in order tomeet the practical control need as the starting point. The tunnel ventilation saving energycontrol system scheme and hardware selection are conformed, and then each hardwareselection of the system is detailed. The input and output PLC address are assigned to eachmodule.Secondly, the principle and structure of fuzzy controller are discussed.research. Thetunnel ventilation fuzzy controller is designed, and fuzzy control and conventional control arecompared with CFD software simulation and then developed based on software configurationKingview of PC interface.Finally, based on the fuzzy control algorithm of PLC tunnel ventilation energy controlprogram is designed,and a set of including hardware and software of the intelligentenergy-saving experiment control system has been established and debugged.
