The computer simulation system of road tunnel environment is the basis of research on the control mode of tunnel's ventilation system in the lab, and the control mode influences on the safety of vehicles' driving, human's health and comfort, and the magnitude of energy consumption. We developed the two aspects in the project. After we built up the system architecture model and the main data flow chart of the road tunnel environment, we finished the computer simulation system that could simulate the air dynamics model, the pollutants' models (including CO and smog concentration mainly) and the traffic model synthetically with SIEMENS configuration software WinCC V6.0 based on component technology. Based on the mechanism of pollutant movement in the highway tunnel and the characteristic of its ventilation system, the CO concentration fuzzy controller and the smog concentration fuzzy controller were established, and then the fuzzy control system for the highway tunnel longitudinal ventilation system was made of. We also developed simulation test research.Some important conclusions and main contribution of the thesis:1.WinCC V6.0 can shorten the system development period, and the system can be applied directly to tunnel control systems based on SIEMENS products.2.The tunnel environment simulation system that we developed is an integrated, dynamic system that has feedback operation.3.The control effect of the fuzzy control system for the road tunnel ventilation system has definite contradiction with its energy saving effect, in application, we must select the best condition that it provides maximal saving energy in the precondition of ensuring its control effect.4.CO concentration and smog concentration are increased as the inputs in the fuzzy control comparing with indirect control, this must lead to mounting relevant sensors, increasing building and maintenance fee, but the fuzzy control can provide better control effect and electric energy saving (above 20 percent ) in the precondition that CO concentration, smog concentration and permeation rate are in the range of the norm demand, this point is beneficial to the ventilation systems to be dived into running normally in our country, so the fuzzy control will have more economic benefit and social benefit.5.The programme of the fuzzy controller is easy to implement, and its design method is same to different road tunnels, it also has better currency, therefore it is propitious to popularize in application and to reduce design cost.
