The research of the anti-collision radar in Intelligent Transport System (ITS) has been widely developed in the world. The System of anti-collision radar plays an important role to improve the traffic security and reduce the accident loss, and it is of the large realistic significance and the wide application perspective in the future.The linear frequency modulate constant wave (LFMCW) is widely used in the anti-collision radar. The problem of improving the measurement precision of target distance and angle is studied based on use of LFMCW in the anti-collision radar. The algorithm of ZFFT is used to improve the distance precision of near car target. The algorithm of multi-target detection is studied, and the method of measuring target angle is given based on two-dimensional FIT. We can improve the measurement precision of target angle and remove the false target efficiently using the algorithm of two- dimensional MUSIC.The false target can be efficiently removed in the target detection of car anti-collision radar through the improvement precision of distance and angle measurement. And the study of this dissertation can provide the technology support for the system of car anti-collision radar.
