This paper mainly studies level measurement systems and signal processing research based on DSP, and the article uses non-contact measurement method, mainly studies the linear frequency modulated continuous wave radar level measurement methods, designs and achieves software and hardware level measurement system based on DSP embedded system. This paper analyzes the level measurement system performance requirements, and determines the parameters of the radar sensor according to the requirements, and designs the hardware system on the basis, the improvement algorithm of RIFE improves the ranging resolution and has an initial product prototype.The article explains several commonly used methods of level measurement and chooses the non-contact measurement method of the linear frequency modulation continuous wave radar to measure the liquid level, and then introduces the LFMCW level measurement principle, and then presents the overall system implementation.The paper designs and analyzes hardware system, it includes the selection of DSP chips and sensors, saw-tooth wave generating circuit, peripheral circuits, A/D analog-digital circuit, etc., and gives a schematic circuit diagram of the data transmission principle, the article finally gives the hardware PCB designing and debugging, etc..Furthermore, the paper gives software verification processing, it includes using MATLAB to verify the data processing algorithms, DSP algorithm transplant verification and analyzing software flowcharts, etc.. For the difference frequency signal system is a single frequency, the paper describes several methods to improve the frequency accuracy in the time domain and frequency domain, and gives programming for processing algorithms used in the research, and achieves the function of software modules.Finally, the paper tests the performance of the hardware circuit and system testing algorithm, and gives field test results comparing the experiments.
