Rearch And Analysis Of Measurement Accuracy Of CCD Vertical Target Measurement System

With the development of photonics technology, CCD vertical target measurementsystem gradually replace the traditional range measurement equipment, and becomecritical equipment for shooting parameters of the projectile target on the range.This paper combines the actual research project,systematically expoundthe workingprinciple, structure and composition, workflow of the vertical target measurementsystem. Intending to use the coordinates measurement principle of CCD verticaltarget to measure the target coordinates, flight speed and fire rate of the projectiletarget, thus, the paper analyze the measurement accuracy and the target captureperformance of the measurement system by using matlab simulation software andcarrying experiments. Meanwhile, this paper put forwards with the method that theCCD vertical target measurement system can be used to measure the attack angle ofthe flying projectile, and deduce the theoretical formula to calculate the attack anglewith the CCD vertical target, and obtain the main factors that affect the systemmeasurement accuracy of attack angle.By analyzing the factors above, this paper put forwards with that the linear CCDcameras can be replaced by the plane array CCD cameras, such avoid to introducethe error of the projectile length due to the segmentation images of the projectilesthat the linear CCD cameras capture to improve the measurement accuracy of theattack angle. And experiments are carried to verify themethod, the results confirmedthe reliability of this method. This broaden the application of the CCD vertical systemand improve the measurement accuracy of attack angle.
