Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition System(SCADA)is an important part of intelligent manufacturing.This paper applies SCADA to straw granulation production line and achieves the purpose to take data acquisition and remote monitoring of the synchronous motors in the production line.That can improve production safety and produce a good effect.This paper mainly carries out three aspects of work,the design of hardware system and software system of the SCADA and the application of the edge calculation in the SCADA.The hardware system mainly includes the data acquisition card.The data acquisition card includes the STM32 module and the ESP8266 module,and the STM32 module is the core of the data acquisition card.The data acquisition card and PLC perform Modbus communication by 485 interface to write or read data.And then STM32 controls ESP8266 wireless module to send and receive data packets and communicates with the server through the TCP/IP protocol.This paper has carried on the main program design to the data acquisition card.This paper realizes the 485 interface and network transmission conversion through open source protocol stack,library file and driver.The software system includes the design of database and Web.This paper achieves the design of database tables through choosing the SQL Server relational database and using the 1NF and optimizes the data type selection.The most commonly used SQL statements are encapsulated into stored procedures to improve access performance.With the Visual Studio 2012 as a development tool,the paper makes a design of the Web.The paper uses the MVC design pattern to develop the Web and decomposes the Web model.And it can optimize the design process and improve the Web performance.This paper studies the concept and characteristics of edge calculation and puts forward two applications in the SCADA.First is the multi-sensor data acquisition processing.Using the distribution chart method to eliminate outliers and then using batch fusion algorithm for data fusion,we gets a good result.Second is the study of the cache replacement strategy,this paper uses the Genetic Algorithm to solve the cache replacement problem.Finally,this article has carried on the related experiment.First,MATLAB simulation proves that the Genetic Algorithm has a better effect in dealing with cache replacement compared with the traditional highest frequency method.Then the running experiment of SCADA system verifies the feasibility and superiority of the SCADA.
