The Internet of Things is based on the information carrier of the Internet, the traditional telecommunications network, so that all can be individually addressable ordinary physical objects to achieve the interoperability network. It is a network concept, that according to the agreed protocol, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Infrared Sensors, GPS, Laser Scanners and other sensing devices, to exchange information and communication, to any article with the Internet connection, in order to achieve intelligent of identification, positioning, tracking, monitoring and management.The target of this paper is the lithium battery test system, which was designed for Ningbo Byte Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd by Wuhan University of Technology. After entering the market, many factories purchase it for battery producing, testing, classifying. Correspondingly, equipment manufacturer need to invest a lot of costs to provide technical support services for the battery factories. In addition, some enterprises require the production plant unattended, remote monitoring, command issuing, channel setting, etc. After further research, we have designed the control system of the battery test system with data center of Internet of Things. The system implements access communication of battery test system, datacenter, realize the manufacture monitoring, unified management, data processing, remote controlling of field of battery manufacturing.First, this paper provides the overall planning and architecture of the controlling system. It gives the solution of access communication for battery test system, including hardware designing, protocols designing and software designing. The next chapter interprets data center service modules, using the designing concept of service layers, thread pool, protocol library, and communication library. In consideration of large quantity TCP connection and communication keeping, Epoll technology has been used in the system, as well as Cache based on Hash Algorithm. It has also described the registration service software, application software design. In the last chapter, it has shown the realization of remote controlling.After nearly one-year’s development, test and improvement, the system is stable and reliable now. Although there is large amount of requests from clients and unceasing data uploading, the data center can still run with high security, stability and efficiency. The user-friendly web operation system provides a strong guarantee for the maintenance and monitoring for remote controlling.
