Research And Application On Data Processing And Database Technology In Automatic Test System

With the development of the modern rail vehicle industry, the vehicle test system becomes more and more complex and huge. For the increasing market demands, we develop a high performance rail vehicle test system with good versatility and expansibility based on VI technology. This system's function focuses on the performance test of traction and brake equipment of rail vehicle. During the test, we should process many test data, so the methods of data processing and storing come up to be a big issue.In order to resolve the above mentioned problem, some data processing methods including data acquisition, digital filtering and data computing in LabVIEW have been described in this paper. We simulate and optimize the digital filtering algorithm. A kind of filter is implemented which can filter the signal without phase shift and ensure a zero-phase distortion.What's more, this paper will introduce the designing and developing of the database management system based on the mode of client-server. The mainly function is to establish and manage the information of the vehicle test, including information adding, searching, deleting, modification, analyzing and printing. The management system establishes the information communication between human and computer that would make it possible for the common user to manage all the information of the vehicle test. The author develops database based on SQL Server. All the relation schemas and tables of the database have been described. The author develops client application based on LabVIEW, which will help to increase efficiency in management. It consists of five modules mainly: entry module; authority module; data storing, data query and deleting module; database backup and reverting module; data-exporting module.
