With global large-scale petrochemical company's business processes and industry best practice, propose APS overall function and structure design, as well as the upgraded function design on the basis of existing standard model. At last, taken a PetroChina's northern large refinery as an example, created and configure this refinery's plan optimization model, and analyze the applications and benefits of the APS.Nowadays, APS system is been implemented in 27 refineries and headquarters of PetroChina, which provides a significant improvement in lowering costs of supply chain, upgrading management, reducing production costs and enhancing market competitiveness.
