| Improved the production program is an important means to improve efficiency of enterprises to reduce production cost, and it is important to study it.Traditional production planning methods can not adapt to the changing market environment. In this paper, for small and medium discrete enterprises in the production of the features, it makes use of ExtendSim simulation software to simulate production planning and optimizate it, to solve these problems new methods and means of production planning and scheduling.According to small and medium discrete enterprises under the current production of planning methods inadequate, this paper proposes the establishment of production planning simulation. Simulation of the planning production processes through the establishment of production planning model.Based on the simulation mode, we get the simulation results by simulation experiments. The results can provide the decision of planning production. The main research work are as follows:1. This paper describes the detailes of production planning problem.It recalls the production planning problem of definition, characteristics, classification.It also researches the production planning problems of the current situation, describes the workshop production planning trends and problems.2. This paper intrduces discrete event system simulation.The discrete event system simulation introduction includes the history of development and related technologies.The paper preliminary intrduces workshop on simulation optimization methods.3. Based on the analysis of an small and medium discrete enterprises,we design production planning simulation mode for an auto parts manufacturing plant.4. This paper describes the simulation software’s main functions and features briefly for ExtendSim.5. The paper provides the simulation model, and we get the production plan. Under certain conditions, we use the simulation model by using of genetic algorithms to optimize and analyze the results of simulation optimization. |
