With the development of computer science and technology, the development and design of the game is getting more and more attention. Game industry has grown to maturity in the past 30 years, and has become an important way of entertainment. Three-D virtual game players can be brought into a strong sense, and if we can use this feature of the game, we are able to bring new ways of education. Combining games with education, we can allow students to expose to scene that is impossible or very difficult to be true reproduction of environment in real life, for example, the scene of the fire. Therefore, students can learn how to help themselves and how to use fire-fighting equipment when faced with the fire.Three-D animation in the game is a creative, artistic and technical work. In the production of the game, the work of artists is to design the direct interface and characters and environment, and also the hands of the props, which players can directly face, besides, titles animation and course animation have been widely used. To the small production team and a single person, if without professional animators'participation, titles animation, the course animation as well as the action of the roles in the scene must be completed by the artists. When producing educational software games, in addition to the general design requirements of the arts, we must consider the special requirements in education in the creation of the game. Our game must reflect regular ,standardized and scientific quality in the effect of education, such as the responding operation, methods, processes, the effect in game educational software for the purpose of skill-training must be compatible with logic of life and scientific principles, which is not the same as the general game exaggerated and arbitrary.This paper introduces the impact of educational software games on Three-D animation design, design principles and the problems need to solve. There is the design and development of examples - "in the face of fire", and the explanation of the man-machine interface design, the design of scene, animation designing process and elements need to pay attention to and also the production of interface, the production of models and textures, animation production process. The paper has summed up the production of the key technologies and methodologies. Through creation and practice, the works achieve the expected results of education and arts.
