As the booming of game industry which the annual production value has been more than thirty thousand millions, there ware more and more corporations has been found in last ten years. But in the year 2010, there have been some sign of crisis that many core enterprises begin to lay off employees massively and some of there executive leaders acted there job-hopping. This phenomenon awakening the practitioners of game manufacturers that they must start to know about the hidden trouble of their industry, and than, nearly every company has carried out there plans for finding the ways of continuous and stable development. Joy China Company which always focus on the action online game decided to create a brand new game engine after they got some considerable investment.Firstly, author has introduced the background of this project and its anticipated return. The most original purpose of the project is to remove the coupling between the engine and game projects, which has been worse and worse in last fore years. The decoupling work would be almost impossible if they just do some Software refactoring, so Joy China decided to make a new engine for the better future games. Secondly, this paper describes the related technology of the skeleton animations, animation blending, inverse kinematics and some use of the biomechanics. And than is the core parts of the paper, that is the design and implementation of action system in this motion game engine. It contains the base skeleton animation system with its new format of file, some algorithm of dynamo model, and a kind of biologic restrain rule of the animation. At the end, author show some screenshot of the demo program for the engine test. The design of this action system is paid high attention to expansibility and orthogonality, besides the implementation is kept simple and stable.
