Due to the lag in technology, the creation of traditional cartoon is always simple and crude. And developing a work also takes more than eight months. Naturally, repeated work is made by script-creating, role-designing from cover to cover in each work. Game engine is produced in the background that using a part of codes of similar games as the basic framework to save the time and expense.This paper makes an introduction to relevant concepts and rudimentary knowledge at first, and explains modeling tactics, modeling tool and modeling procedure specifically. It describes the creation foundation of the movie & TV cartoon and structure mechanism of the game engine. Then this paper carries on research in utilizing concrete requirement and creation course that the game created the movie & TV cartoon. The whole creation course is divided into 3 parts -demand plan, middle period make and post-production, and the content of every part is described. The demand plan to utilize preliminary preparation made the film of the engine, concrete including literature play writing, divide into scene play writing, artistic design, game engine choose and work out, urge role movement script, etc.. Make the key link that is the whole making in middle period, it is on the basis of previous planning, according to the content of the story board, carry on three-dimensional scene making, role's modeling, forming the cartoon, carrying on skeleton and skin, working out the script array specifically, setting up contents such as the cinecamera, etc.. Post-production to make last playing up with game engine cartoon of piece of scenery disconnected work appeared to make. To the works played up again, utilize the non-linear editor's tool to edit the film after playing up. add the title, establish text information of the screen, etc. , then adopt different forms to export and release etc..This paper utilize 3D GameStudio game engine create cartoon embodiment—pipi's creation . So as to explain and utilize the engine of the game to carry on the whole course that the movie & TV cartoon is created. In creation, have described especially that makes movie & TV cartoon and different course of making the cartoon of tradition with engine of the game, and different links while creating, have finished the creation of the embodiment well.Based on the research of traditional creation of cartoon, it is proposed in this paper that how to inheriting theme-selected originality, cartoon structure, story frame, mode of narrating in traditional cartoon creation.
